Introduction

Paul completed his PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Bristol, and enjoyed a career spanning Imperial College London, the University of Nottingham and the University of British Columbia in Canada before moving to Lancaster as Chair in Biomedicine. Paul will deliver an insightful and timely lecture on advances in science and healthcare as we move towards the era of personalised medicine.
