The Consultancy Group invites to an informal meeting at Christmas with fellow Consultants. Please feel free to bring along a piece of pudding and something to wash it down! Bill Edwards, Chair of the Consultancy Group, will give a talk on the history of Christmas Puddings. Christmas pudding is a part of a traditional British Christmas. A number of legends have sprung up about this product. One involves a king. The talk covers the history, the legends, the customs as well as how Christmas puddings are made. A little science is involved.
