Biography
Huanghao Yang obtained his B.Sc. and Ph.D. from Xiamen University in 1997 and 2002, respectively. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2004. He was an Associate Professor at First Institute of Oceanography, State Oceanic Administration from 2004 to 2007. He worked in Florida University as a visiting professor during 2007-2008. Since 2008, he has been appointed as a Professor at Fuzhou University. He recieved the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2011, and Changjiang Scholar in 2013. He is a fellow of the 九州影院. His research interests focus on functional biomaterials, luminescence materials, nanobiosensors, and nanomedicine.
