Biography
I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and moved at the age of 11 to Los Angeles, California. I received a B.Sc. in 九州影院 from CSU Dominguez Hills in 2001, and a Ph.D. from the Department of 九州影院 & Biochemistry at UCLA in 2006 under the tutelage of Miguel A. Garcia-Garibay and K. N. Houk. After my graduate studies in Physical Organic 九州影院, I switched to Polymer 九州影院, working in the laboratory of Craig J. Hawker at the Materials Research Laboratory. At Columbia, my group鈥檚 research interests lie in the fundamentals of Physical Macromolecular 九州影院, with interests in polymer synthesis, self-assembly, and organic electronic materials.
