Biography
I provide an honest, balanced approach to evaluate the contamination issues (chemical and/or biological) that may be present to a facility. This can be as part of on-going site use/change of product, or for when vacating or acquiring existing premises. A speciality is contamination evaluation as part of the strip-out and/or demolition of a facility where I identify the remaining contamination and advise how it may be best recovered during those works, and where requested, undertake those works.
I will assess the remaining contamination issues and identify how these may be suitably addressed, either as part of a specific project, or as part of a wider programme of works. Where requested, I will undertake the identified decontamination works, working with the existing team or as part of a separate activity, to deliver a suitably decontaminated facility for the intended future use.
