Biography

I am a consultant specialising in the global regulatory compliance of chemical products.

Niche and borderline products and SMEs are a speciality for ongoing compliance. The types of work I can assist you with include the Classification of products under GHS (CLP and other GHS around the world) and help you to produce compliant and labelling with ongoing advice and guides. I can author or review your Safety Data Sheets (SDS). We can continue assisting you on both UK and EU regulations post Brexit and I can undertake and manage European Poison centre notifications and submissions. I can help identify and assist with any other regulatory needs and product stewardship requirements.

I have experience in all sorts of products (not limited to); raw materials and solutions; cleaning products (aquatic, household, medical and vehicle); candles and waxes; lubricants; fuels; nicotine replacement therapy products; Schedule 6 Veterinary medicines; pond and aquarium products; biocidal and biohazardous products; mineral products; aerosols.

I provide clear and detailed supporting documentation with justifiable decisions should there be challenges from customers or authorities. I can also provide a mediation service with regulatory authorities, customers and member states and help with any issue resolution. I can also provide in house training or online via Zoom.

Often a majority of the work can be done electronically with communication via phone, email or Zoom.
