Biography
My work involves the characterisation of small/medium molecules (eg starting materials, synthetic intermediates, final products, by-products, degradants and metabolites) by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy for determination of structure, solubility in buffers and in formulations, and physical properties (eg conformation in solution, pKa measurements, barriers to rotation, presence of intra-molecular hydrogen bonds).
