This module provides an introduction to some advanced HPLC & LC-MS techniques that can be used for difficult or complex samples, including detector selectivity and specificity, UHPLC vs. HPLC (brief introduction to method transfer), chromatographic peak deconvolution using tandem mass spectrometry, multi-dimensional LC (LCxLC), on-line SPE and chemometrics.
This module is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.

Prerequisites
This module is for those who have reasonable liquid chromatography experience or have attended the Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS course.
