Virtual Classroom Training: Applied Method Development and Optimisation for HPLC and LC-MS
Anthias Consulting Ltd
Back
This module examines the method development process in detail; covering the objectives of the analytical method, how many components are to be separated and the required sensitivity, selectivity, specificity and the speed of analysis.
This is followed by system optimisation and configuration for HPLC and LC-MS.
Delegates can then reinforce the knowledge and apply the topics learned by working through case studies.
The course then looks at method validation protocols, system suitability and outlines the steps required for analytical method accreditation.
This module is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.
This is module 9 of the Virtual Classroom Training: The HPLC & LC-MS Clinic (total 16 hours over 4 days) and the Virtual Classroom Training: Complete HPLC & LC-MS (total 34 hours over 9 days).
Prerequisites
This module is for those who have reasonable liquid chromatography experience or have attended the Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS course.
